Go to “Accounts” and look up the right account.

Click on “EVSE” and look up the right charging station

Click on the pencil icon to edit the charging station.

Set a check mark at “Disable this charge point (no charging, no billing)” and make sure that all other checkboxes are not checked.

Doing this will disable the charging station and it’s not longer possible to start a charging session. This also means that the customer will not receive any invoices for this charging station.
