Before your customer can register the charge station, the charge station needs to be connected to the platform and configured by an installer or a provider admin.

Once the station is on ‘Activation Pending’, the station can be registered by the customer.

Instructions for your customer

For Account admins:

  1. Login and go to /my-locations

  2. Click on ‘New Charging Station’

  3. Enter serial number or OCPP ID (displayed on the physical charge station)

  4. Optional: Enter unique EVSE ID

  5. Select billing plan

  6. Add location details or select existing location

  7. Setup billing details:

    1. Location and reimbursement policy: customer indicates if there is home reimbursement, business reimbursement or no reimbursement.

    2. Credit billing details for the payout of the reimbursement amount

    3. Energy costs: the kWh costs that will be set for charging.

    4. Publication: publish the location on maps.

For employees: There is an invitation flow in the platform available. Employers can invite employees to register the charging station. The difference in this flow is that the billing plan and kWh rate are pre-configured.

  1. Account admin enters all information and kWh rate

  2. Employee receives e-mail and accepts invite

  3. After account creation the employee can register the charge station.
