What e-mails do my customers receive?

Throughout different stages of the customer journey, the platform will send automated emails to end-customers. These emails will be customized with your branding, including your logo and colors, to ensure a consistent and professional appearance.

The content of these emails is fixed and cannot be edited. This standardization helps streamline communication and ensure clarity and uniformity.


E-mails:

  • Account cancellation: automatic e-mail sent when subscription is cancelled.

  • Charge card invitation: automatic e-mail sent when an account admin has requested a charge card for a new user.

  • Charge card is sent: automatic e-mail when a charge card is sent to the customer.

  • CPO subscription invoice notification: automatic e-mail notifying that the charging station subscription is ready and can be found in the attachment or account.

  • EVSE invitation: automatic e-mail invite sent when an account admin invites another person to create an account for a charging station.

  • EVSE issue detected: automatic e-mail sent when the predictive maintenance system detects a potential issue with the charging station.

  • Existing user invitation: automatic e-mail sent when an account admin invites an existing user to register its charging station.

  • MFA disabled: automatic e-mail sent when multifactor authentication is disabled.

  • MFA enabled: automatic e-mail sent when multifactor authentication is enabled.

  • MSP invoice notification: automatic e-mail sent when MSP subscription and sessions invoice is ready and can be found in the attachment or account.

  • MSP sessions invoice notification: automatic e-mail sent when MSP sessions invoice is ready and can be found in the attachment or account.

  • New user invitation: automatic e-mail sent when an account admin invites a new person to create an account for a charging station.

  • No connectivity: automatic e-mail sent when the platform loses the connection with the charging station.

  • Password reset: automatic e-mail sent when the user requests a new password.

  • Reimbursement invoice notification: automatic e-mail sent when the reimbursement invoice is ready and can be found in the account.

  • Welcome: automatic e-mail sent when a user is manually invited by you.
