Within the platform there are two types of accounts:
Account owner: this is a private person or organization paying for the subscription.
User: this can be an employee under the account owner account.
Account owner
1. The account owner can register itself via the created sign-up flow:
https://example.yourdomain.com/cpo/signup General and payment information can be filled in to create the account.
2. When the account has been created, the account owner can log in and go to “My locations” in the menu.
3. Click on “New Charging Station”
4. Fill in the serial number of the charging station and the EVSE ID of the sticker.
5. Choose the desired subscription.
6. Fill in the location details of the charger.
7. Set a charging tariff and decide whether to make the charging station public or keep it private.
Employee
1. The account owner can invite an employee by clicking on “My locations” and then clicking on “Invite employee”.
2. The account owner sets a kWh tariff that the employee will receive as reimbursement for the electricity costs of the charging station. In addition, the name and e-mail address of the employee needs to filled in.
3. The employee gets an invite per e-mail with an URL to the portal to finish the registration.
4. The employee registers the charging station with the serial number and EVSE ID of the sticker. In addition, the location details of the charger needs to filled in to finish the registration.
