Payment service & transaction fees

Everything you need to know about our payment service and corresponding transaction fees

When you activate our payment services, the following fees apply:

Scan to pay (QR code payments)

  • Fee: €0.15 per transaction + 3.5% of the gross transaction value

Tap to Pay (payment terminals)

  • Fee: €0.15 per transaction + 3.5% of the gross transaction value

  • One-time activation fee: €20 per payment terminal (billed in advance)

  • Monthly terminal costs: Passed on directly

  • Self-managed acquirer agreement: €10 per month (excl. VAT) per terminal

Example

For a €10 gross transaction value:
€0.15 (fixed fee) + 3.5% (€0.35) = €0.50 total fee

Additional information

  • Gross transaction value: The total amount charged by the Charge Point Owner for a charging session.

  • All fees exclude VAT.

  • Fees are charged to the Customer (you) or to the End Customer if Invoice Care is activated.

  • All transactions are AFIR-compliant, ensuring secure and seamless customer payments.

Additional Fees for Roaming Hubs

If you choose to offer roaming through the Gireve, e-clearing or ENAPI networks, the following fees apply:

Fees are charged either to you as the Customer, to the End Customer if Invoice Care is purchased (Private Label MSP), or to the MSP purchasing electricity from the Charge Points in your EV Charging Solution platform (Private Label CPO).

All fees are exclusive of VAT and subject to change. You will always be notified in advance of any updates.

Notes

Access to charging stations connected to a Roaming Hub can only be enabled or disabled collectively for all charge cards within your EV Charging Solution platform. It’s not possible to manage access on an individual card or account level.

In the Mobile App, End Customers can hide stations connected to a Roaming Hub if they wish to avoid additional fees.
