Road provides a technical overview for installers that take care of the maintenance of charging stations.
First: Installers need to have access to your platform. You can invite them or they can self-signup via a link: [yourdomain.com]/field-service/signup
Add new charging station to account by configuration:
Go to +Setup New EVSE in the menu and enter the OCPP or Serial number
Auto-configuration: the charger will be auto-configured by the system and reboot afterwards to save the settings.
Connector information: Adjust the connector information if necessary. This information will be shared (if applicable) with external maps to show the max power of the station.
Done! The station is added to the 'Maintenance' view in the menu and can be remotely managed.
