Introduction
The card issuing flow in the platform is designed to handle a large amount of card requests. We recommend to buy a RFID reader that automatically reads the UID of the token and assign this to the request of the customer. We also recommend to use a label printer for the address labels.
After the token is assigned, the user will automatically receives an e-mail that the token will be shipped to their address.
Instructions for card issuing:
Go to this URL: cards/batch-assign to process the requested chargecards and to send them out.
Click on ‘Start Batch’
Click on prints labels and print them (CTRL + P) → print labels in one time.
Click on Batch Assign labels
Start adding the cards / tags to the orders and make sure to add the right label to the right envelope.
Make sure to check if it is a card or tag
Scan the card/tag with the RFID scanner to automatically assign the correct UID.
Shipment: make the envelopes ready for shipment.
