The two most common situations in which you would like to delete a chargecard are described below.
- A customer ordered a card/tag but decides he doesn’t want one after all (before shipment!) or you ordered a card/tag for someone and created it for the wrong user/account. - Go to the dashboard 
- Go to ‘Cards’ 
- Click on ‘More’ and then on ‘Delete’ 
- You have deleted the card successfully, there won’t be a record of this charge card anymore, the account of the customer will however still exist after doing this. 
 
- A customer ordered a card/tag and has received it but doesn’t want to use it (anymore). - Don’t delete this charge card, you can block the card for the customer but it will still be shown in the overview. You need to keep this overview because a customer is legally allowed to see his product/sessions until 3 months after cancelling his subscription. It is important for your own administration as well (creating invoices etc.).
