The two most common situations in which you would like to delete a chargecard are described below.
A customer ordered a card/tag but decides he doesn’t want one after all (before shipment!) or you ordered a card/tag for someone and created it for the wrong user/account.
Go to the dashboard
Go to ‘Cards’
Click on ‘More’ and then on ‘Delete’
You have deleted the card successfully, there won’t be a record of this charge card anymore, the account of the customer will however still exist after doing this.
A customer ordered a card/tag and has received it but doesn’t want to use it (anymore).
Don’t delete this charge card, you can block the card for the customer but it will still be shown in the overview. You need to keep this overview because a customer is legally allowed to see his product/sessions until 3 months after cancelling his subscription. It is important for your own administration as well (creating invoices etc.).
