Process of registration by customer

  1. First time the charger connects with the platform the installer will configure the charge point via de auto-wizard. The charger will not be assigned an EVSE ID at this point.

  2. The charger is ready for activation by the customer. In the first step the customer can add the sticker code to the field. Note: old format stickers that include the country code are still valid. Based on the country of the location, the system will auto update the EVSE ID (virtual ID) so that it is complaint for roaming.

  3. If the customer doesn’t have a sticker they can still proceed with the registration. They need to click on the tab ‘I don’t have a sticker'. The system will create a new ‘Assignment Request’ for that user.

  3. Enter the amount of EVSE IDs to be created

    1. In case you have master/slave installations please check the box ‘Create extra stickers for subconnectors’

  4. Give a custom note to the batch

  5. Export the file and share the column ‘identifier’ and ‘url’ with your printing supplier to create and print the physical stickers.
