You can see all requested, linked and sent chargers cards. It also shows the subscriptions linked to the card, the status of the request, the identification number and from which user and the account and more.

There is also the feature to filter based on status.

Sessions 1:25

By clicking on the tab you can find an overview of when the sessions took place and you can use the filter feature to find a specific charging session.

Detected issues 2:15

If the platform manages to find an incident, then that can be found in the detected issues tab. For certain incidents an alert is automatically sent via email to the owner of the charging station and sometimes even to the installer.

EVSE ID 2:59

In this tab you will find an overview of all generated EVSE IDs. Those are unique identification numbers assigned to a charging station. Each EVSE ID has its own link to a webpage.

Access Groups 4:05

There you can find an overview of groups of charging cards or users that have special access to the cards belonging to the account. RFID charging cards can also be added that allows free charging or users within a special charging rate.

Tariff profiles 5:50

It is possible to create a tariff for a larger group of charging stations. If you want to create a news tariff profile you can do this by clicking on it and following the steps shown in the video.
