Select ‘’Disable this chargepoint (no charging, no billing)’’. This ensures that the platform will not accept new sessions and will not trigger any new cpo usage invoices. Reimbursement invoices for sessions from the past will still be created.

Ask the customer to destroy the sim card;

Forward the ICCID of the sim card to Road for cancellation, via [email protected].
