Do you want to charge a different rate than the set roaming rate to one of your users? You can, for this you create an access group with the Type: Users. You can give a differentiated rate for every user you add to this group.
Please note: You can only use this function if you are a CPO as well as MSP provider within our platform.
Follow these steps in customer view:
Go to "My Access Groups"
Click on "+ New Group"
Select the Type: Users, name the group and save
Click on the name of the access group
Click on "+New Member"
Select External User
Enter the e-mail address of the user that has a chargecard within the platform (does not have to be in the same account)
Select Price Type: Custom
Enter the price per kWh
Do not forget to link the access group to the charging station at: My Locations -> Click on your location -> Price Setting -> Gear -> Access Groups
