A Field Service Dashboard is the access that an installer has to manage his installed base. He can use this for changing settings, firmware updates, getting logfiles and reading ocpp communication between the station and the platform. Besides he can use his access to onboard new charging stations without contacting your support department. With this access he can operate independently without the need to have contact to see if a station is online after installation.
How to create an installer account?
An installer can sign up for an installation account via the following link: #yourdashboardurl + /field-service/signup
Which role does the installer need?
You can assign the installer the role ‘’Field Service Technician’’, this ensures the visibility of the ‘’Maintance Menu’’. If the installer uses the link from above, this is not necessary.
