Updated features
Bulk operations
Enhanced Bulk Management Structure: We have enhanced our capabilities for managing multiple charge stations by introducing a clearer structure that divides functionality into two distinct areas: Bulk Actions and Bulk Operations.
Bulk Actions remains your standard, free tool for efficiently updating properties across multiple charge stations. This existing functionality is available to all platform users.
We introduce Bulk Operations, an optional paid feature offering advanced tools for comprehensive control over large charging station portfolios. Designed for provider admins, Bulk Operations enables complex tasks in bulk such as applying firmware updates, making configuration changes (standard and custom), and sending commands (like reboots) to multiple stations simultaneously.

New integrations
Payment terminals
DBT - integrated terminals
Road now offers enhanced and comprehensive support for integrated payment terminals on DBT charging stations, simplifying your payment reconciliation process. With this update, a detailed summary of each payment transaction made via the integrated terminal will be automatically recorded and linked to the corresponding charging session within the Road platform. Please take note of a critical exception: if your DBT charging station is equipped with a Yoneo or Valina payment terminal, Road is unable to act as the payment acquirer. In this specific scenario, you will be required to set up your own merchant contract directly with an acquiring financial institution. For step-by-step instructions on configuring your DBT integrated terminal and all other essential details, please refer to our dedicated help center article.
E-Totem - integrated terminals
Road now seamlessly integrates with E-Totem's built-in payment terminals, offering you automatic payment summaries linked to your charging history for easier tracking. Keep in mind that Ingenico terminal acquisition often happens directly through banking channels. Find Out More.
