Introduction
Road provides tooling to generate PDF invoices. Invoices can be generated for 4 different types:
Charge Card: This invoice consists out of subscription costs for the charge card and the total charge costs.
Delayed: MSP sessions that are sent later to the platform by Roaming partners.
Charge Station: This invoice consists out of subscriptions costs for charge stations and connection fees.
Reimbursement: the total charge costs of that period that will be paid out.
Delayed reimbursement: Due to connection issues a charger could send the sessions later to the platform. Therefore we have the ability to generate a reimbursement invoice with these sessions included.
Instructions to generate invoices
Go to ‘Invoices’ in the left side menu;
Click on Generate invoices:
Generate single invoice: select an account;
Generate bulk invoice: enter the amount of invoices you want to generate.
