A step-by-step-guide for your customers to fill in their credit billing details

It’s important that your customers keep their reimbursement details up to date to ensure smooth payment for charging sessions. This applies both to updating account numbers for home charging reimbursements and for business charging sessions.

You can guide your customers through this by sharing the following four simple steps, which explain how they can update their details directly in their account.

  • Instructions for entering reimbursement details for home charging:

    • Log in

    • Go to Profile & Settings

    • Go to the “Reimbursement” tab in the Personal menu

    • Change your account number and save

  • Instructions for entering reimbursement details for business and public locations:

    • Log in

    • Go to Profile & Settings

    • Go to the “Reimbursement” tab in the Organisation menu

    • Change your account number and save
