If you are using the Road platform you will have access to several functionalities.

  • Access Groups

    • (users) Custom Pricing: users that are using a charge card within the account can be added to an access group with a custom price. After the access group is added to the station, the session price will be based on this custom price.

    • External Members: add members to an access group from a different account. The account needs to be known within your platform database. Example use case: one of your customers is a company that wants to let employees with a private electric car charge for a discounted price. They can add the employee that is a user under its own account to the access group.

    • RFID Custom Pricing: ability to add an RFID card

    • Import Visual Number: ability to import a CSV file that contains members (users) with their visual card ID. It makes it easier to create an access group with a large user base.

  • Account Analytics: this feature enables analytics for your customer. They can see charts and graphs about locations, charge stations, sessions and kilowatt-hours.

  • Suboperator Settings: ability to set suboperator information on account level (it will be applied for all locations) or per location. This information will be, depended on the receiver, shown in location information (maps).

  • Tariff management:

    • Advanced Tariffs - Scheduled: Ability to set tariffs during specific time windows and days.

    • Advanced Tariffs - Idle fee: Ability to set an idle fee. This fee will be applied when the car is fully charged. Also called a blocking fee.

  • Advanced Tariffs - Dynamic: Set dynamic charge rates based on the EPEX prices (real-time electricity prices).
