If the drivers find any problem while charging they can scan the physical QR code for help. This will lead them to a webpage where different problems are shown with instructions on how to solve them.

The charging stations all provide a QR sticker where the driver can scan and it will redirect them to a webpage where the driver can proceed to pay. Payments can be made with credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
