What extra costs are applied?

For all charge sessions billed to an external Mobility Service Provider (MSP), Road will apply a processing fee of €0.03 excl. VAT per kWh. This means that the tariff set by the Charge Point Owner will be increased by this processing fee if the user pays with a card from another MSP. If the EV Driver uses a card from a provider within the Road network, the tariff will not be subject to the processing fee.
