Within the platform, different user roles are defined:
Locations Facilitator: The Location Facilitator grants access to a specific CPO location, allowing users to adjust tariffs and view analytics. As a CPO, managing charge stations for customers means giving them access to important data, such as charge session details, while ensuring they cannot change any settings.
Field Service Technician: Gives access to the technical portal of the account. This type of user is only able to see and adjust technical configurations linked to the account’s chargers, but cannot see any other privacy-sensitive data.
Billing Admin: Gives access to the finance menu of the account. This type of user is only able to see invoices linked to the account, but cannot adjust technical configurations or other data.
Account Admin: Gives full access to the account. This type of user is able to manage the account.
