Configuration Requirements

  • Road Sim card (optional), EVSE ID and configuration manual for installer and owner

  • Online installation & user guide manufacturer

  • Configuration device: laptop

Follow the steps

Stap 1: Download the myenergi app on your smartphone

Step 2: Create a account in the myenergi app.

Stap 3: Ga naar het tabblad Location en selecteer myenergi Products.

Note: If you do not see the location button, in the left hand side bar, it's likely this is because you have not completed your locations information. Please do this first on the myaccount home screen.

Stap 4: Choose your charger and go to OCPP Settings

Stap 5: Fill in the following details

  • Select an EV Management Platform: Other/Manually Enter

  • De backend URL:

    • When using a white Road SIM card or another connection method: ws://ocpp.road.io/<provider-slug>/

    • When using a purple Road SIM card: ws://ocpp-internal.road.io/<provider-slug>/

  • ChargeBox ID: Serialnumber of your charger

  • Authorisation Key: leave empty

  • Press Save

Note: When using a purple Road SIM card the APN name should be changed to: road.io. When using the white Road SIM card or another SIM card the APN name should be m2m.services.

Stap 6: Once the connection is established the status will tell you if the charger is online. Once the charger is online you can proceed to the next step.

The charging station is now connected to the Road platform!
