Follow the steps
Step 1: Connect the charger to the local network via a LAN cable according to chapter 9.1 of the installation manual.
Step 2: Press the Win+R buttons on your laptop and enter ncpa.cpl in the execute window.
Step 3: Right click on Ethernet settings and select Properties.
Step 4: Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties.
Step 5: Select Use the following IP address and enter an IP address between 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.254 (192.168.0.8 is reserved by the charger). Configure the Subnet mask on 255.255.255.0 and press OK.
Step 6: Open a web browser and enter the following address: http://192.168.0.8. Enter the following login credentials to gain access to the web server:

Step 7: Navigate to Network/Cloud and and enable OCPP 1.6J. Select the desired Interface and configure the network settings accordingly. Enter the following values to setup the connection with Road:
Portal address:
When using a white Road SIM card or another connection method: ws://ocpp.road.io/<provider-slug>
When using a purple Road SIM card: ws://ocpp-internal.road.io/<provider-slug>
Portal port: 80
Portal path: 1.6/<provider-slug>/ChargeBoxSerialNumber → Replace ChargeBoxSerialNumber with the unique serial number of the charger
Note: When using a purple Road SIM card the APN name should be changed to: road.io. When using the white Road SIM card or another SIM card the APN name should be m2m.services.
Step 8: Click on Save and reboot the charger.
