The EVBOX G3 needs to be converted before the charger is able to connect to the Road platform.
The item number will tell you whether you have a G3 or G4 EVBOX. This can be found on the charging station itself via a sticker on the side or on the packaging box.
G3: B3322-5XXX
G4: B3322-EXXX

Once the charger is converted you can use the EVBOX G4 manual to connect the charger to the Road platform.
