Autel Config APP from IOS or ANDROID (Apply from [email protected])
Follow the steps:
Step 1: Download the Autel app from the AppStore or Google Playstore. Switch on your Bluetooth and Wifi/Mobile data if it’s possible. Open the app and create an account (either with an e-mail or a phone number).
Step 2: Verify your account using the email received from Autel and log in. Please note! The email could end up in your spam.
Step 3: Pair the charger with the app using a QR code (it can be found on the Quick reference guide delivered together with the charger) or 'manually add'.
Do you choose the QR code? Then the serial number and pin will automatically appear on the screen.
Do you choose manual add? Then look up the serial number and pin, which are below or above the QR code.
Step 4:
Next connect via Bluetooth
Select and connect Wi-Fi
Once connected, click Account
Click on Charger
Navigate to OCPP Server
configure one of the following server URLs:
When using a white Road SIM card or another connection method:
ws://ocpp.road.io/<provider-slug>When using a purple Road SIM card:
ws://ocpp-internal.road.io/<provider-slug>
Enter the following APN name if a sim card from Road is used:

As the OCPP ID Fill in: AUT####
The ##### is the serial number of the charging station
