Follow the steps:
Step 1: Download the ACE Service Installer (NG) on your laptop. To do this, go to https://alfen.com/nl/downloads -> All downloads -> ACE Service Installer (for NG platform).
Step 2: Log in to the Service Installer with the login credentials supplied with the charging station, or use the following login credentials:

Password: fazUv6
Step 3: Connect your laptop to the charging station using a UTP cable to connect the two devices, or connect the laptop to the switch if it is an installation with multiple chargers.
Step 4: Once you are logged in, select the charging station in the overview on the left.
Step 5: Once you have clicked on the charging station in question, you will be asked to fill in a password. The default password of the charging station can be found on the flyer included in the box of the charger.
Step 6: Select the charging station icon (the 6th in the row).
Step 7: Choose ‘Manually enter backend settings’ as the backoffice preset
step 8: Network profile connection attempt should be 1
step 9: Go to Network profile 1 fill in:
Priority: 1
Connect method: Mobile
Protocol: OCPP 1.6

Note: You must select the priority of the network profiles used, or select ‘not used’ if the network method is not used.
Step 10: Click on save. The system then asks you to reboot the charger to save the connectivity changes. You do this by clicking the power button in the left corner of the service installer. After the reboot the charging station will be connected to the Road platform.
Note: Leave the charger's OCPP ID unchanged, as changing this number may cause interruptions in the communication with the backend.
