New releases

Bulk Actions for Users

We’re introducing Bulk Actions for Users, a feature designed to help provider admins manage multiple users at once, improving efficiency and reducing manual work. Instead of making changes one by one, admins can now apply bulk, saving time and effort, especially as user bases grow. For example, an admin can now quickly block all cards and tokens linked to a specific account by filtering on the account, selecting the users, and applying the action in one step.

Only authorized admins can use bulk actions, and the processing time may vary depending on the number of users selected. To prevent errors and ensure accuracy, confirmation steps are required because changes are irreversible. This new feature makes user management faster, more scalable, and more efficient, allowing admins to handle updates with ease while maintaining control and security.

Improved features

Display tariffs in the mobile app

The mobile app now accurately reflects prices with the correct roaming fee, ensuring transparency in pricing.

Excel exports

You can now export files in Excel format as well as CSV, giving you more flexibility to work with your data. Excel exports can be used to export sessions, billable items, and more. Try out this improved feature now in your dashboard and get control over your data.

Labels on other objects

Labels are now also available for accounts and users, providing improved organization and streamlined management. Interested in how to use this? Read more here.

ConcurrentTxn

The auto-configuration has been updated to have Alfen stations by default configured to have AbortConcurrentTx=True (an Alfen specific parameter). This will prevent charging to be started if another session is already in progress authorised by the same token.

New integrations

Madic payment terminals

We’re excited to announce that Road now supports MADIC charging stations with Ingenico Self2000 payment terminals. This integration allows customers to process payments via the integrated payment terminal seamlessly through Road.

Payments are handled by the customer’s acquiring bank, while Road receives only a transaction summary for each session.

Coming soon

Bulk actions on account

Provider admins will soon be able to manage multiple accounts at once by adding/removing labels and updating settings like platform features, billing country, and credit limit. This will streamline account management and improve efficiency.
