Configuration Requirements

  • Road Sim card (optional), EVSE ID, configuration manual for the installer and registration manual for the owner of the charging station

  • FusionCharge DC Charging System App Commissioning Guide (Europe)

  • Antohill App

  • Configuration device: mobile phone

Follow the steps

Step 1: Download the Antohill app on your mobile phone and complete the Local Device Commissioning process according to the FusionCharge DC Charging System App Commissioning Guide (Europe).

Step 2: Once the local commissioning is done, navigate to Maintenance → Business Platform in the Antohill app and set the Connected Device Type to SPC_M.

Step 3: Set the Business Platform Protocol Type to OCPP and configure the Preferred Networking Mode to 4G (wireless connection) or FE (network cable).

Note: You are advised to set the two networking modes to different values. If the first networking mode is unavailable, the system will automatically switch to the second networking method.

Step 4: If you’re using a Road SIM card, you must configure the APN settings by selecting Home → Power Unit → Wireless Comm. Select Configuration and enter the APN name accordingly:

  • When using a white Road SIM card or another connection method: m2m.services

  • When using a purple Road SIM card: road.io

Step 5: Navigate back to Maintenance → Business Platform and select Comm. Parameters. Configure the following parameters in this menu:

  • Access Operation Platform Mode: Domain Name

  • Domain Name:

    • When using a white Road sim card or another connection method ws://ocpp.road.io/<provider-slug>

    • When using a purple Road sim card ws://ocpp-internal.road.io/<provider-slug>

  • Access Path: /1.6/<provider-slug>

  • Business Platform Port: 80

  • WebSocket: WS

  • Username and Password: leave empty

The charging station is now connected to the Road platform!
