Configuration Requirements
Road Sim card (optional), EVSE ID, configuration manual for the installer and registration manual for the owner of the charging station
Follow the steps:
Step 1: To connect the charger to the Road platform the sim needs to be replaced. To do this the module needs to be opened. By doing this the warranty seal needs to be broken. Because of this the warranty will be expired.
This procedure needs to be done by Ecotap or a installer provided by Ecotap.
To connect the charger to the Road platform you need to send an e-mail to [email protected] with the request to connect the charger to the platform.
After Ecotap completed the connection you can proceed with the next steps.
