In our platform, you can mark specific tokens as special maintenance tokens. This feature allows charging sessions to begin before the charger is officially registered.
To ensure security and prevent unauthorized usage, our platform includes mechanisms that block charging until the charger has been activated by the customer.
However, installers may need to test whether a charging session can start before activation. To facilitate this, you can enable their token as a maintenance token. When enabled, only this token can be used to initiate a test charging session.
Important: Sessions started with a maintenance token will not be reimbursed.
How to Enable a Maintenance Token:
Navigate to ‘Tokens’ in the platform.
Locate the installer’s token.
Click Edit.
Check the box to mark it as a maintenance token.
Save the changes.
This token will now be authorized for testing purposes only.
